User Experience Planning

Lucid user experience is not an accident. It is achieved through a multi-step hierarchical planning process.

First we determine the needs that will be fulfilled by the web site and the business objectives. This information will guide the content and functional specification decisions. Once those are made we begin researching and deciding how people will interact with the web site and where to place content in the information space. At that point we can begin constructing wireframes and finally design comps for testing.
