The final step of our process is usability testing. Here we discover how people interact with the new web site, and make changes according to their behaviors. Usability is an ongoing process augmented by user and client feedback. We build a foundation for consistent positive user experience by adhering to web standards. We use feedback as an essential informant for adapting to current trends.
